Kronos Investments is a real estate investment company formed to purchase residential homes with values ranging from $75,000 - $250,000 to either hold/rent or renovate/sell. The target investment home is being purchased at a reduction of 30% - 60% of current market appraisal value.

The financial metrics of the homes that are rented include a rate of return with a minimum cash appreciation return of 50% of the total project cost. The financial metrics of the homes that are purchased to be renovated and immediately sold require a minimum return of 30% of the total project cost.

Kronos Investments has a cash fund, provided by the principals, set up to take advantage of quick closes and lack of financing requirements. In addition, an investor fund is in place to increase the number of properties that can be purchased to add an additional revenue stream to Kronos Investments.
