ALEX VANTARAKIS
Mr. Vantarakis has over 12 years of
management, ownership and Merger &
Acquisition experience. He also has
extensive history in the areas of marketing,
finance, franchise development and
strategic planning. Mr. Vantarakis has an
incredible vision and a natural ability to identify undervalued and future
growth companies very early in the business cycles. With his Mergers &
Acquisition's experience, he has developed a portfolio of companies which
are not only very successful in their own right, but significantly benefit
from the synergy available within Vant Holdings.
Mr Vantarakis has served as CFO of a start-up venture capital firm,
board member of a niche printing services business, strategic consultant
in a high end retail concept, COO of a technology company as well as
CFO / Franchise Development Manager for a hotel advertising company.
Mr. Vantarakis has been active in the M&A and business brokerage industry
since 1999 and has represented buyers and sellers in a wide variety of
transactions. He has lectured at dozens of associations on the topic of the
business transfer process. Mr. Vantarakis is co-author of "EXIT: A Business
Owner's Guide to Selling a Company," which outlines the selling process
of small to mid-size companies and "ENTRANCE" A Guide to Buying
a Company" which is a bookend to "EXIT".
Mr. Vantarakis received his BS in Finance from Boston College with
honors and his MBA degree concentrating in Finance/Business
Development from The Babson Graduate School of Business with
honors.

NDABA MDHLONGWA
Ndaba Mdhlongwa has extensive experience in business plan and management consulting. In addition to owning and operating businesses, he has worked with other companies including a California based publishing firm, Out of Your Mind…And Into the Marketplace. He developed two of the four example business plans published in the book Anatomy of a Business Plan, and was instrumental in the development of the new integrated spreadsheet financial workbook introduced in the business plan software Automate Your Business Plan 11.0. His experience includes working with the Small Business Development Centers helping small and emerging businesses with business plan and consulting needs. Ndaba Mdhlongwa holds an undergraduate degree in business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette.

MICHAEL OTT
Michael Ott has a strong analytical, sales operations and finance background. Leveraging his sharp business acumen, he has been able to build strong relationships and grow the companies within the Vant Holdings umbrella. Prior to joining the company, Michael Ott served as a Junior Analyst for a hedge fund as well as obtaining experience in Mergers and Acquisitions having served as an Associate for one of the premier business brokerage firms in the DFW area. As a partner in Technology Solutions, he serves as the Director of Business Development. Michael Ott graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Energy and Finance.
